**Pre-Primary Mother Teacher - Early Childhood Educator**

**Location : Manikonda, Telangana**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate holistic development of children through activity-based learning.
- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Plan and execute age-appropriate lesson plans in line with the early years curriculum.
- Foster language, motor, cognitive, and social skills through play and structured interaction.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being.
- Monitor, observe, and assess each child's development and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Encourage a love for learning through songs, stories, and hands-on activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in **Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / ECCE** or related field.
- **2 to 3 years of experience** as a Pre-Primary Mother Teacher.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and passionate about working with young children.
- Familiarity with play-way, Montessori, or integrated early learning methodologies

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manikonda, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
