Job Title: Pre primary teacher (Mother Teacher)

This role involves nurturing children's emotional well-being and basic life skills, while also supporting their academic development. The teacher will build strong relationships with students, helping them feel secure and valued.
- **Creating a positive and nurturing learning environment**:This includes fostering a sense of safety, security, and belonging for young children.
- **Developing strong relationships with students**:Establishing a strong bond with children to create a sense of trust and support.
- **Promoting emotional well-being**:Providing emotional support and guidance to help children navigate their emotions and develop social skills.
- **Implementing age-appropriate activities**:Designing and implementing engaging activities that cater to the developmental needs of young children.
- **Collaborating with parents and caregivers**:Communicating with parents to share insights about their child's progress and to work collaboratively to support their development.
- **Managing classroom behavior**:Establishing and maintaining a positive classroom environment by using effective discipline strategies.
- **Utilizing educational technology**:Integrating technology to enhance the learning experience and make learning more engaging for young children.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methods for young children.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a warm, nurturing personality.
- Ability to build strong relationships with children and their families.
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field.
- Experience in early childhood education or childcare.

Note: able to handle 15 children in class including safety, attendance, food monitoring, syllabus etc

**Job Type**: Full time

Timings: 8:30am-3:30pm

Years of Experience: preferred: 2 to 3 yrs

Curriculum
- integrated - (Cambridge + IB+ CBSE)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
