**Position: Mother Teacher - Grade 1 & 2**
**Location**: Samashti International School, Hyderabad Branch

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the social, emotional, and academic growth of students.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments that align with the curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Encourage student participation and create opportunities for collaborative learning.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a disciplined and focused learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students' development and progress.
- Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.), or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role, preferably in a school environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
- Knowledge of child development and effective teaching methodologies for primary school students.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for students.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
