**Job Description**:

- Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in cross selling of financial products esp. Unsecured Assets (PL,CC) and at least three years in managing a team.
- Relevant experience in Unsecured Assets (PL,CC) tele-sales
- Experience of handling various service/sales related campaigns.
- Good communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Thorough overall understanding of banking
- Anticipates, understands and addresses the changing needs of customers.
