**About Solset**:
Solset is a growing clean energy company committed to promoting sustainable solar power solutions for homes and businesses. We are looking for energetic and motivated **Sales Executives** to join our dynamic team and help drive the adoption of solar energy across regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit potential customers generated through telecalling, digital marketing, and referrals.
- Conduct detailed site visits to assess customer requirements and feasibility.
- Explain company proposals, pricing, and technical details in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the site engineer for surveys, design, and installation planning.
- Represent Solset professionally during client meetings and field visits.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Experience in solar rooftop / inverter / electrical product sales preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of solar systems will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to travel for field visits.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Marketing.
