Job Description: Admission Counselor

**Location**: Mumbai
**Salary Range**: ₹55,001 to ₹60,000

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Engage with prospective students and parents to provide detailed information about programs, courses, and admission procedures.
- Conduct counseling sessions to understand students' educational and career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- **Admissions Coordination**:

- **Follow-up and Conversion**:

- Regularly follow up with leads generated through inquiries, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
- Convert leads into successful enrollments by building trust and addressing queries effectively.
- **Event Participation**:

- Represent the institution at education fairs, open houses, and other promotional events.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and campus tours to enhance the student experience.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on admissions progress and conversion rates.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirement**: MBA, PGDM, or PGDBM in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in counseling, admissions, or related fields.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:

- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Confidence and empathy to handle diverse student needs.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to create and present reports effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
