Position Title: Stores and Despatch Officer

Department: Warehouse Management

Reporting To: CEO

Location: Chikhli - Pune

General Profile: Should Have Through Knowledge about Stores Operations

Ability to work with the Team

Should Adher to Process Specified and Maintain Proper Documentation

Role and Responsibilities:

- Receive Incoming material and Preparation Of Goods Receipt Note (GRN)
- Check Project Plan and Issue Material to respective Lines
- Receive Material Requisition for Consumables ,Tools, other Indirect Materials thru ERP and arrange issue and Post in ERP
- Preparation of Project Wise Shortage lists and Coordinate With Purchase for material Reciepts
- Post all Issus and per materials Issued and with ref of Work Indent
- Raise Purchase Requisition Note (PRN) for Consumable and other Indirect Material Parts
- Preparation of Packing list and facilitatate Loading of Finished Goods
- Working on ERP for Job Work documents and other Stores Tranasctions
- Conduct Cycle Count and Reconcile material Reciepts and issues
- Carry out Wall to Wall inventory as per Scheduled Times and arrange Posting in ERP
- Monitor Parts and Storage location as defied in PFEP
- Arrange Storage Areas for New parts
- Preparation of monthly MIS reports and Disposal actions
- Attend Morning Meetings and apprise material positions.
- Coordinate and Prepare Outward Challan for Material being sent for Processing
- Reconicle Scrap that need to be Returned Back Project Wise and ensure Reciepts in System
- Maintain 5 S and Ensure that Scrap is Disposed off as Per laid Down Procedures
