Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the organizations procurement strategies, purchase activities, both external and internal, vendor developments and vendor assessment as per the ISO norms

l Design and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities

l Calculate store MOQ/BIN Card, maintain and revise the MOQ/BIN Card level periodically, ensure inventory levels by placing purchase order.

l Conduct A-B-C analysis of the inventory products and develop strategies to procure products at lower costs with improved quality parameters

l Keeping proper track record on **computer**, of Finished goods received from production line and despatched it through various transporters.

l All the necessary documents like GR, Invoice, acceptance of material, rejection etc should be followed-up regularly with accounts for further process.

l Present findings and suggestions to company directors or other senior managers

l Might have to undertake travelling

l Managing vendor partners

l Arranging vendor development activities

Management reserve the right to assign or re-define duties / location and instruct the post holder to carryout any duty. Person may require to travel / deputed to any offices / site

**Software knowledge**:MS-Office and TALLY - ERP9 / Prime 6.0**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
