**Job Summary (continued)**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the sales team to process and fulfill customer orders.
- Plan and manage logistics operations including packaging, dispatch, and shipment tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, order status, and delivery timelines.
- Liaise with courier partners, transport vendors, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Monitor and resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.
- Ensure accurate documentation including invoices, delivery challans, and shipping labels.
- Provide after-sales support related to delivery, returns, or fulfillment issues.
- Optimize logistics processes for improved efficiency and reduced cost.
- Maintain regular reports on sales fulfillment status, inventory, and logistics performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in handling logistics and stock.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, sales coordination, or order fulfillment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and logistics best practices is a plus.
