**Job Title**: Tele Sales Executive - Health, Motor & Life Insurance

**Location**: Pune (Kharadi)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in tele sales (insurance preferred)

**Language Requirement**: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

**Salary**: 25000-35000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote insurance products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Handle customer queries and provide detailed product information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.

**Requirements**:

- Fresher/ experience in tele sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Excellent command of English - both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Basic computer literacy; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- IRDAI certification (preferred, training can be provided).
