Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PCB and solder product markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.

Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions in line with company policies.

Marketing

Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote PCB and solder products.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and digital content.

Technical Support & Product Knowledge

Stay updated on technical aspects of PCBs and soldering materials/processes.

Provide basic technical support or coordinate with technical teams for complex queries.

Understand customer specifications and recommend suitable product solutions.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecast reports, and customer databases (CRM).

Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and market activity.

Track competitor activities and report insights to management.

**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years in sales/marketing, preferably in PCB manufacturing, soldering materials, or electronics components.

**Skills**:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Technical understanding of PCB manufacturing and soldering processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
