**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform precision soldering of electronic components onto PCBs (Surface Mount and Through-Hole).
- Assemble small electronic modules used in WeHear products.
- Inspect and test solder joints for quality assurance.
- Work closely with the design and testing teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Maintain clean, ESD-safe, and organized work areas.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Ensure products meet company and industry quality standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and documentation related to soldering operations.
- Follow safety protocols and EHS compliance procedures.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in electronics soldering and assembly.
- Proficient in using soldering irons, rework stations, microscopes, and multimeters.
- Understanding of IPC soldering standards is a plus.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under a microscope or magnifying glass for extended periods.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a hardware startup or consumer electronics manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ESD handling and cleanroom environments.
