**Job Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated **ITI freshers** to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the electronics industry and gain hands-on experience in **soldering**, **electrical wiring**, and **PCB assembly**. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **soldering of electronic components** on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
- Support **PCB assembly** processes under supervision.
- Learn and follow **basic electrical wiring** tasks and safety procedures.
- Handle components with care and observe **ESD (Electrostatic Discharge)** precautions.
- Perform visual inspections and report any defects to the supervisor.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area.

**Required Skills & Attributes**:

- Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits.
- Willingness to learn **soldering, PCB handling, and electrical basics**.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow within the organisation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
