Sales Representative

We are looking for an engaging sales executive to help grow memberships across our gyms.
He/She will report to the sales manager and take responsibility for locating prospective clients and bringing them into the fitness center
1) Generating new sales opportunities by approaching walk-ins, cold calling and networking..
2) Contacting prospective customers who have sent enquiries, and converting them to members
3) Conducting gym tours for prospective members and suggesting suitable membership options
4) Establishing relationships with local businesses with the aim of promoting our corporate gym memberships
5) Preparing regular reports for the sales manager summarizing progress against KPIs.
6) Representing RESET, koramangala at a range of community and fitness events.
7) Working closely with the marketing and events teams to leverage existing opportunities
i. Proven experience in a customer facing role - preferably sales aligned
ii. Friendly and outgoing personality
iii. Self-starter who can work with little supervision
iv. Goal-oriented with the ability to track and achieve KPIs
v. Interest in the health and fitness industry
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
