**Content Manger
The role revolves around Strategic Content Planning and oversight of the activities of the content department to working closely in creating excellent content on day-to-day basis with meticulous review mechanism for content approval.
You will be direct supervisor of the Content writers, Senior Content writers, Content Marketers, Graphic designers, and Audio/Video Content designers etc. The incumbent is expected to be very much in tune with technology, technological advancements, and current affairs and ensures that the whole content department is up to date for production of relevant and relatable content.
**Job Description
- Plays an active role in research and gathers information from key industry figures in an attempt to determine the validity of proposed topics and themes for the business’s content.
- Conducts research on the competitive environment and gathers market data for the business and uses the results to come up with well-informed topics and themes for content creation.
- Understands what needs to go / not go on the portal and Provides support from the development stage to the product go -live by gathering statistics which describe the success of the content.
- Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals and collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop content Bank with at least 90 days in advance.
- Create well-researched content on the allocated topics for B2B and B2C as part of the monthly calendar.
- To monitor and maintain quality content on multiple portals while gathering performance metrics. Incorporate the feedback received from business team and make necessary changes to improve content quality.
- Keep proactive track of content performance based on Google Web Analytics (SEO Optimized Content) in terms of the defined KPIs and take ownership of collating monthly/quarterly content performance reports for assigned product/service categories.
- Function as the primary touchpoint between content writers and business executives to maintain seamless delivery of content.
- Manage day-to-day assignment and delivery of all tasks for TL Content Writers/Sr. Content Writers as per the defined quality standards and timelines.
- Mentor team members including content Writers, Graphic designers and Video editors and nurture their technical and soft skills.
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
**Desired Profile:
- 5-7 years of Expert in writing blogs, web contents, on both technical and non-technical topics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write content according to international & domestic client’s requirements.
- Ability to write in a variety of styles and formats for multiple audiences.
- Research and fact-checking.
- Ability to generate content in a clear and precise manner.
