Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, defining most important social media KPIs.

Manage and oversee social media content while measuring the success of every social media campaign.

Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.

Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.

Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.

Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Provide constructive feedback and implement innovative strategies for growth.

Conduct keyword research to enhance the organic reach of our brand on various social media platforms.

Implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and search rankings.

Skills and Qualifications:
completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Passion for social media and staying updated on the latest trends.

Proficient in using SEO keywords to enhance organic reach.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with various social media platforms and tools.

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.

Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.

Good understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO.

Familiarity with web design and publishing.

Proficiency in using social media marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and analytics.

Team player with good time-management skills.

Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
