**Are you a sourcing pro who thrives on identifying top talent?**

**Reporting into Lead - Talent Sourcing, as an individual contributor, you would be responsible for**:

- Partner with recruiters to gain a comprehensive understanding of open roles. required skills and their alignment with the organization’s goals.
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute research
- Driving hiring for niche functions including product, technology to support fast-paced business growth
- Conduct thorough market research and skill analysis to present clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Work on ad-hoc projects involving research work on talent mapping across different technologies
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to build a high - performing talent pipeline that fuels the company’s long - term growth and empowers the delivery of exceptional customer services.
- Proactively build a robust talent pipeline for critical business functions by connecting with top talent. This will streamline hiring, reduce time-to-fill and allow you to contribute effectively to team initiatives and projects.

**Qualifications**:
**You will be a great fit if you have**:

- 5+ years of experience with sourcing and recruitment strategies.
- Experience in sourcing/hiring in India and globally.
- Strong understanding of social media hiring (LinkedIn, Twitter, FB etc.) and other sourcing channels GitHub, Stackoverflow/Seekout.
- A consultative approach and strong understanding of technology
- Familiarity with ATS is preferred.
- Robust interpersonal skills with a strong track record of success
- Must have worked in a high-pressure environment that is driven by business-priorities and stakeholder enabling scenarios
- Computer Science or a related bachelor’s degree
