Job Title: Hostel Warden

**Job Description**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring a safe, secure, and supportive living environment for residents.
- Implement and enforce hostel rules, policies, and procedures to promote discipline, respect, and cooperation among residents.
- Monitor the activities and behavior of residents, addressing any violations of rules or concerns related to health, safety, or well-being.
- Conduct regular inspections of hostel facilities, including living quarters, common areas, and recreational spaces, to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate resident assignments, room allocations, and roommate placements, taking into account individual preferences, needs, and compatibility.
- Provide guidance, support, and counseling to residents as needed, addressing issues such as homesickness, academic stress, interpersonal conflicts, and personal development.
- Serve as a liaison between residents, parents/guardians, and school administration, communicating information, addressing concerns, and facilitating resolution of issues.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents occurring within the hostel, such as medical emergencies, accidents, or security breaches, and take appropriate action to ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
- Collaborate with other hostel staff members, including maintenance personnel, security guards, and administrative staff, to coordinate services, address concerns, and maintain a positive living environment.
- Maintain accurate records of resident information, incidents, and disciplinary actions, documenting observations, interventions, and outcomes.
- Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge related to hostel management, student support, and crisis intervention.
- Foster a sense of community and belonging among residents through organizing social and recreational activities, cultural events, and educational programs within the hostel.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
