Responsibilities
- **Calendar management**: Maintain calendars for multiple people, including executives
- **Meeting coordination**: Organize meetings, prepare materials, and book meeting rooms
- **Record-keeping**: Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and complies with legal requirements
- **Communication**: Answer phone calls, manage correspondence, and communicate with executives, clients, and vendors
- **Office management**: Oversee office operations, including facilities maintenance and vendor negotiations
- **Support**: Provide support to new employees and other administrative assistants
- **Problem-solving**: Proactively solve problems and handle sensitive information with professionalism
