**Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients.
- **Document Management**: Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.
- **Travel Coordination**: Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations for team members when necessary.
- **Data Entry**: Input and manage data accurately to support various administrative and operational tasks.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
