**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Liaison with Authorities**: Maintain effective communication and coordination with various departments including CIDCO, NAINA, BMC, Urban Development (UD), Revenue Authorities, and other local government bodies.
2. **Revenue Department Coordination**: Engage with officials from the Revenue Department, including Talathi, Tehsildar, Circle Officer, Collector, and Commissioner, to ensure smooth execution of land-related processes.
3. **Document Procurement**: Obtain essential documents from various departments related to land transactions and land records.
4. **Land Procurement & Development Support**: Assist in the procurement of land and property, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
5. **Approvals & Permissions**: Actively participate in obtaining necessary approvals and permissions for the development of our projects in Navi Mumbai.
6. **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to real estate development and land transactions.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
1. 8-10 years of experience in liaisoning with various government authorities in Navi Mumbai.
2. Strong knowledge of land acquisition, urban planning regulations, and real estate development norms.
3. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials.
4. Proficiency in Marathi.
5. Well-versed with documentation, legal procedures, and compliance requirements related to land and property transactions.
**Compensation**:
Rs. 40,000 per month.
Pay: ₹39,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
