**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Engagement**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.**
**- Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable services.**
**- Provide service knowledge and information to enhance the customer shopping experience.**

**2. Sales Target Achievement**:

- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.**

**3. Service Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the features and benefits of services.**
**- Conduct service demonstrations and explain service specifications.**
**- Address customer queries and concerns with confidence and accuracy.**

**5. Customer Service Excellence**:

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.**
**- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.**
**- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.**

**6.Service Promotion and Marketing**:
**-Develop and implement strategies to promote and market our services within the retail space.**

**-Create compelling promotional materials and displays to attract customers.**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.**
**- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.**
**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
**- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.**
**- Knowledge of the retail industry and awareness of market trends.**
**- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.**

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
