Job Description for Business Development Executive (BDE) at Edu Wisdom Academy

Location: Calicut, India (Hybrid Role)

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert leads into enrolled students by effectively presenting the benefits of the courses, addressing queries, and resolving concerns in a professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads in a CRM system, ensuring proper follow-up and tracking of conversion progress.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to enhance conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the curriculum, features, and unique selling points of EduWisdom Academy’s programs to confidently communicate their value proposition to prospective students or parents.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales (minimum 2 years), preferably in EdTech or educational program sales.
- Familiarity with civil services preparation programs or an understanding of the IAS examination process is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malayalam is an added advantage for local engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls or virtual meetings.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player who contributes positively to team objectives.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing leads and tracking performance metrics.
