**What You’ll Do**

**Student Counselling**
- Be the go-to guide for students and parents, helping them explore a wide range of academic and professional courses.
- Understand each student’s unique background, strengths, and aspirations to recommend the best-fit programs.
- Address any doubts or concerns they may have about program details, admission processes, or career outcomes.

**Program Guidance**
- Provide clear, up-to-date information about course structures, certifications, and degree requirements.
- Stay on top of industry trends, admission policies, and changes in academic programs so you’re always offering the best advice.

**Follow-Up & Engagement**
- Help students smoothly transition from inquiries to confirmed admissions by ensuring timely submission of documents and payments.

**Achieve Targets with a Purpose**
- Work towards monthly and quarterly goals for student enrolments and revenue, with a focus on quality guidance over numbers.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to improve enrolments while staying aligned with the organization’s mission of student success.

**Collaboration Makes the Dream Work**
- Work closely with faculty, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure students get a seamless experience from counselling to enrolment.
- Represent the organization in webinars, seminars, and educational events to promote our programs and connect with more students.

**Keep Things Organized**
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrolments using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Provide regular reports on counselling performance, conversion rates, and student feedback to help improve the process.

**Who We’re Looking For**

**Educational Background**
- A **Bachelor’s degree** in any stream — Commerce, Arts, Science, or related fields.

**Relevant Experience**
- Previous experience in **academic counselling, telesales, or education sales** will be a plus, but it’s not mandatory.

**Skills That Matter**
- **Communication**: You’re a great listener and an even better communicator, whether on a call or in person.
