We are now looking for passionate, tech-savvy educators to join our growing online teaching team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging **online lessons** in Math and English for Grades 1-8, following international (US/Canada) curriculum guidelines.
- Conduct **trial/demo classes** to showcase the value of our programs to potential students.
- Provide **personalized academic support**, tailoring lessons to student needs.
- Assess and track student progress; give clear, constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance lesson plans and teaching materials.
- Prepare and share **lesson plans, worksheets, and digital resources**.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year teaching/tutoring experience (online experience preferred).
- Familiarity with **US and/or Canadian curriculum** is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong digital literacy - comfortable with Google Meet/Zoom, MS Office, and online teaching tools.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Must be available to work during **US/Canada hours** and on weekends.
