**Job Title**: Tutor for Graduate Students in Computer Vision

**Position Type**: Part-Time/Contract

**Location**: Mohali Punjab

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to graduate students in computer vision.
- Guide students in implementing computer vision algorithms using popular frameworks such as OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Help students debug and optimize their code for coursework, projects, and research.
- Offer support with mathematical foundations, including linear algebra, probability, optimization, and machine learning techniques relevant to computer vision.
- Review and provide feedback on assignments, research proposals, and project implementations.
- Develop and customize learning materials, such as practice problems, code samples, and conceptual summaries, tailored to individual student needs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in computer vision and incorporate them into tutoring sessions as relevant.
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment to boost students' confidence and problem-solving skills.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on computer vision.
- **Experience**: Demonstrated experience in computer vision through academic research, industry projects, or teaching.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB.
- Hands-on experience with computer vision libraries and frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Strong mathematical foundation in areas such as linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
- **Teaching Skills**:

- Prior experience as a tutor, teaching assistant, or educator, especially at the graduate level, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify and explain complex topics clearly.
- **Additional Skills**:

- Familiarity with research methodologies and academic writing.
- Understanding of related fields like machine learning, deep learning, and data science is a plus.
