About The Genius Squad

We are looking for **dedicated and passionate English Teachers** who can work night shifts to teach international students online. If you love teaching and want to make a global impact from the comfort of your home, we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging, interactive, and effective **1-on-1 English tutoring sessions**.
- Teach students from **Grades 1 to 12**, adapting lessons to meet individual learning styles.
- Track and report student progress regularly.
- Use creative and modern teaching methods to ensure understanding and retention.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students and, when needed, with parents.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **English, Education**, or a related field.
- Minimum **1 year of teaching experience** (online teaching preferred).
- Strong command of spoken and written **English**.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet teaching environment.
- Familiarity with **international curriculums** (U.S., Canadian, or Australian) is a plus.
