**Job Role : Tele Calling Representative**
**Overview**:
As a Cold Calling Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers over the phone with the goal of generating interest, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers from targeted lists.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on established criteria.
- Gather and document key information about prospects for further follow-up.
- **Pitching Products/Services**:
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products or services.
- Tailor the pitch to address the specific needs and challenges of each prospect.
- Overcome objections and handle rejections professionally.
- **Appointment Setting**:
- Schedule appointments for qualified leads to meet with the sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on prospect conversations.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- **Performance Metrics**:
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly quotas for calls, appointments, and lead generation.
- Provide regular reports on call activity, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product/service offerings.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate objections and rejection professionally.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude.
**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous.
**Salary**: ₹8,135.73 - ₹18,569.90 per month
