Looking for young & dynamic Female Tele Sales & Front office executive.

**Role: -**
- Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/Secondary data sources.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Making at least 80-100 Cold Calls per day
- Identify and create an opportunity to generate lead
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their requirements & forwarding the prospective lead to the concerned team member.
- Maintaining call log report & sharing the same with Reporting Manager on daily basis.
- Greeting all visitors.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material e.g. pens, forms, and brochures.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk e.g. Maintain Register for Visitors etc.
- Managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment, and furniture.
- Order stationery supplies for Office and keep an inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing.
- Maintaining office services as required (such as Housekeeping and maintenance companies)
- Receiving and dispatching deliveries of Courier and maintain the records of the same.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
