We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Teacher to join our team. The Dance Teacher will be responsible for planning, organizing, and teaching dance classes in a variety of styles. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to inspire students of all ages and skill levels to develop their dance technique, creativity, and self-expression.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach dance classes to students of different ages and skill levels in styles such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, tap, classical or other relevant genres.
- Develop and plan class curriculum, incorporating technique, performance, and creativity.
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to ensure student growth and improvement.
- Organize and supervise rehearsals, performances, and recitals.
- Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Evaluate and monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback to both students and parents.
- Ensure the safety of students during classes, including proper warm-ups and stretching.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a respectful and focused environment.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors, administrators, and staff to ensure the smooth operation of dance programs.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the dance world and incorporate them into lessons.

**Qualifications**:

- years of experience as a dance teacher or professional dancer.
- Proficiency in various dance styles (e.g., ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary).
- Formal dance training and/or a degree in dance or performing arts (preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.
- Comfortable working with students of all ages and backgrounds.
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Pay: ₹12,847.57 - ₹15,000.06 per month
