**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive dance curriculum that aligns with the college's objectives and educational standards.
- Plan and conduct engaging dance classes for students of varying skill levels, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Choreograph dance routines for college events, competitions, and performances, ensuring creativity and artistic expression.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their technique, performance, and confidence.
- Organize dance workshops, rehearsals, and auditions to nurture talent and prepare students for performances.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate dance into interdisciplinary projects and college events.
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field of dance education, incorporating innovative teaching methods and techniques into the curriculum.
- Maintain a safe and clean dance studio, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering strong relationships and promoting the benefits of dance education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Dance, Performing Arts, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Dance Teacher or Choreographer, with a strong background in various dance styles such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages and skill levels.
- Excellent choreography skills and creative vision, with a portfolio of original dance routines and performances.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience working in an educational setting is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
