This Mumbai-based PE firm has built total assets under management (AUM) in excess of $250 million (around ₹2,000 Crore) through multiple fundraises since it started.

To play a critical role in supporting the operational aspects of the private equity funds. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Day-to-day fund operations activities
- Ensuring compliance with fund documents, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date portfolio data and documentation.
- Supporting the finance team in fund accounting, financial reporting, and audit processes.
- Participating in the review and analysis of fund expenses and performance metrics.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance fund operational processes.
- Implementing best practices and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.

**Education Qualification**:

- Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant)
