Job Title: Private Equity Fund Accountant
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Equity Fund Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial accounting and reporting services to our private equity funds.
Key Responsibilities- Monthly and quarterly reporting for private equity and real estate funds
- Onboarding of new funds, including maintenance and review of accounting records
- Preparation and review of fund metrics and outcome analysis
- Calculation of management fees and carried interest, waterfalls etc.
- Assisting in the quarterly valuation process, close, LP reporting, and financial statements
- Liaison with external auditors regarding statutory fund audits (US GAAP/ IFRS)
- Review, allocation, and approval of invoices and expenses, process wires etc.
- Collaboration with colleagues across different locations
Qualified accountants with 5-7 years of experience in fund finance/fund administration
- Experience in preparing and reviewing Funds NAVs & Investor allocations including waterfall calculations
- Audit support, preparation and review of Funds Financials under US GAAP/IFRS
- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking individual with high ethical standards.
Preference for prior experience on Investran/ VPM and highly skilled in MS Office applications.
