Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Data Entry and Validation:
Accurately enter and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, or other data management systems.-
- Validate and verify data to ensure accuracy and consistency.-
- Perform data cleansing activities to correct any errors or inconsistencies.Data Documentation:
Maintain and update data documentation, including data dictionaries, data definitions, and metadata.-
- Ensure data documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.-
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of data catalogs and repositories.Data Quality Control:
Monitor data quality and identify any anomalies or inconsistencies.-
- Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to address data quality issues.-
- Follow data quality standards and procedures to maintain data integrity.Data Reporting and Analysis:
Assist in generating routine and ad-hoc reports based on predefined templates or user requirements.-
- Perform basic data analysis and identify trends or patterns in the data.-
- Support data analysts in data extraction and transformation processes.Data Privacy and Security:
Adhere to data privacy and security policies and procedures.-
- Maintain data confidentiality and handle sensitive data appropriately.-

Bachelor's degree in commerce, science, information systems, or a related field.-
- Prior experience in data management, data entry, or data-related roles is preferred.-
- Proficiency in data entry and database management tools.-
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with data.-
- Basic knowledge of data management principles and practices.-
- Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations is a plus.-
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.-
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.-
