Lab Technician-urgent Requirement Noida Location

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform sample collection, preparation, labeling, and processing as per standard protocols
- Conduct routine laboratory tests including blood, plasma, and other biological samples
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Record and report test results accurately to the concerned personnel
- Maintain proper documentation, logs, and inventory of laboratory consumables and reagents
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist in quality control and calibration of instruments
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the lab workspace
- Collaborate with senior technicians, scientists, and medical professionals as needed
- Keep up-to-date with lab procedures and compliance standards

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- BMLT/ DMLT (Bachelor’s or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) from a recognized institute or BSc with hands-on experience in phlebotomy.
- 6 months to 1 year of practical laboratory experience
- Familiarity with basic laboratory techniques and diagnostic procedures Knowledge of sample collection and handling procedures
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow instructions
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
