**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a qualified **Lab Technician** to conduct diagnostic tests, manage laboratory equipment, and ensure accurate reporting of results. The role requires precision, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a healthcare setting.

**Qualifications**:
DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / B. Pharma / D. Pharma

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, prepare, and analyze patient samples (blood, urine, etc.).
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Record, interpret, and deliver test results with accuracy.
- Follow strict safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.
- Assist in organizing medical camps and outreach activities when required.

**Skills**:
Laboratory testing, equipment handling, attention to detail, record keeping, infection control, teamwork, and patient communication.
