**About This Role**:
**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Edit or rewrite the content and streamline the content sent by the students
- All the content, especially the essays and SOP content must be plagiarism free and grammatically correct
- Must be technologically savvy and comfortable working with any interface
- Must be ready to learn on the job and open to any work given
- Should be able to work across functions and work in a highly organised fashion
- Must be able to work flexibly, in terms of time and travel
- Prior experience in the field of overseas education would be preferred, in a similar role.
- Updated knowledge about the USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Ireland, Germany and other European Universities would be desirable

**Skills and knowledge required**:

- Excellent writing and reading skills, at least a post-graduate is a must.
- Exceptionally well versed with Microsoft suite like Word, Excel, Front page etc.
- Possess excellent English communication skills & English grammar exceptional writing & editing skills.
- We are looking for a team player, willing to get her/his hands in helping us achieve our ambitious goals.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, start-up like organization is crucial.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills; writing, editing and storytelling.
- Outstanding organizational abilities with an eye for and focus on detail.
- Maturity, polish and professionalism.
- Adaptable and flexible; willing to embrace change.
- Can work under pressure and changing deadlines Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Savvy with technology and social media.
- WordPress and SEO knowledge would be a plus.

**About You**:

- Minimum work experience of 2 years in Editing, including substantial international Education exposure.
- A degree from a globally recognized university preferably in English Literature, Humanities, Communication would be preferred but is not mandatory.
- The flexibility to work extra hours during the peak season if required
- typically August through January.
