We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our web applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that ensures seamless understanding and implementation of processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain SOPs for web applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather technical information.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation for diverse audiences.
• Create user manuals, training materials, and online help guides to support end-users.
• Review and update existing documentation to reflect changes in processes or software updates.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to industry best practices and accessibility standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in technical writing, particularly in creating SOPs for software or web applications.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and development processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
