We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our team. The RMO will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients under the supervision of senior medical staff. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide round-the-clock medical care to patients admitted to the hospital.
- Conduct medical assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Assist senior medical staff during surgeries and medical procedures.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Participate in training and educational activities as required.

**Qualifications: BHMS/BUMS/BAMS/MBBS**
- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license and registration with the relevant medical board.
- Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
