- Ensure timely hiring of contractual workers to ensure uninterrupted business performance
- Support the team in implementation of corporate initiatives at the site
- Vendor management - contractual workforce, recruitment, etc.
- Maintain confidential employee data with 100% accuracy
- Preparation of reports and MIS for review by senior management
- Priortize tasks as per business needs and take up additional responsibilities as and when required

**Financial Responsibilities**:

- Work with in the limit of budgets
- Perform first level verification of invoices received related to Recruitment, Contract labour& Training
- Perform entry of invoices to the SAP system

- Ensure team harmony through collaboration and active participation in all team discussion

**Education Qualification**:
