We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator with at least 2 years of experience to join our IT team. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing software, hardware, and networks to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring system security, performance optimization, and troubleshooting complex issues across the infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and administer systems, servers, and network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems.
- Proactively monitor system performance and security to identify issues before they impact business operations.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for hardware, software, and networking problems.
- Conduct regular system backups, updates, and patches to ensure data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and security.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning, implementation, and testing to minimize downtime in case of system failures.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external security policies, including monitoring for vulnerabilities and performing patch management.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
- Stay current with technology trends and advancements to recommend improvements for systems and network infrastructure.

**Key Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in system administration, managing hardware, software, and network infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, etc.) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
- Familiarity with security practices, firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
- Experience with system performance monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to address issues before they arise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
