Responsibilities:
- The role will manage the Talent Acquisition function
- Recruitment
- Joining formalities
- Training and development
- Employee Relation work
- Employee Engagement
- Implementation of HR initiatives - PMS, L & D etc
- SPOC for all HR matters of the vertical

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Graduation in HR (Logistics industry experience is mandatory)
- 4+ years of experience in HR, especially Talent Acquisition in E-Commerce / Logistics Companies
- Good Communication Skills in English & Hindi (Other languages added as a plus )
- Good Analytical Ability
- Ability to deal with people in all hierarchical levels.
