**What You'll Do**:

- Responsible for all the lead generation, user engagement and conversion

activities of various courses.
- Closely work with the Digital Marketing Team to Design and implement the regional ∙ marketing strategy.
- Handle all the Social Media Channels in regional languages
- Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of digital marketing experience (Ed-tech experience is a**

**bonus wand wave).**
- Proficiency in casting spells with Moengage, WebEngage, CleverTap and other marketing automation tools.
- **Keen understanding about retention, lifecycle management, customer retention strategies.**
- A spellbinding portfolio showcasing your previous digital marketing campaigns and triumphs.
- Exceptional skills in SEO, SMM, SEM, etc..
- Creative flair with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- **Excellent communication skills in Tamil with English** to collaborate seamlessly with the team.
- A thirst for knowledge and a relentless pursuit of staying ahead in the digital realm.
- Ability to learn and to grow.
