**Responsibilities**:

- Thoughtful Engagement - ensure that all internal and external communications represent Saviynt in the most positive light with obsessive levels of customer focus.
- Communication - Identify the manner in which to engage with Customer and Partners for greater outcomes, and be able to effectively communicate best practices and guidelines for internal participants, making them aware of the proper guard rails in which they can represent Saviynt externally.
- Generate Reports and Analyze Community Forums Data
- Accountability - Delivering projects on-time, with consistency and accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.2+ years experience in Community Forums Moderation.
- Very Strong Verbal and Written Skills
- Familiarity with Khoros/Lithium Community Platform, Online Communities, Spreadsheets and Presentations, Tableau, and Google Analytics a plus.
