**Role Purpose**
- To foster a positive and inclusive online environment by identifying and removing content that promotes **Hate Speech & Harassment**or any other form of abuse.

**RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- To review the complex videos and take the decisive action
- Consistent, high-quality scores, minimum expectation is 95%
- Understanding the customer requirement and able to work independently

**CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Cultural sensitivity and awareness: To understand and respect diverse perspectives and backgrounds
- Attention to detail: To accurately review large volumes of content and identify subtle nuances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPerception to Perspective: To have unbiased approach while reviewing the content
- Mandatory Skills: Content Moderation.
