You will play a crucial role in reviewing and moderating user-generated content to help maintain a safe, respectful, and compliant digital environment. Key Responsibilities: Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms. Ensure all content adheres to community guidelines, policies, and safety standards. Identify and remove harmful, inappropriate, or sensitive content promptly. Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality during content review. Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to senior teams. Meet daily productivity and quality targets. Contribute to maintaining a safe and positive online ecosystem. Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and analytical decision-making. Good communication skills in English (written & verbal). Ability to handle sensitive, repetitive, or challenging content. Capability to work in rotational shifts.
