You will play a crucial role in reviewing and moderating user-generated content to help maintain a safe, respectful, and compliant digital environment. - Key Responsibilities: - Review and moderate user-generated content across various platforms. - Ensure all content adheres to community guidelines, policies, and safety standards. - Identify and remove harmful, inappropriate, or sensitive content promptly. - Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality during content review. - Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to senior teams. - Meet daily productivity and quality targets. - Contribute to maintaining a safe and positive online ecosystem. - Skills & Competencies: - Strong attention to detail and analytical decision-making. - Good communication skills in English (written & verbal). - Ability to handle sensitive, repetitive, or challenging content. - Capability to work in rotational shifts. - Emotional resilience and professionalism. - Benefits: - Salary up to ₹6 LPA - Both-way cab facility - Relocation bonus available - Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing digital safety domain
