**Job Title**:
Healthcare Recruiter USA Staffing

**Qualification**:
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.Sc., BBA, B.Com, or HR-related fields); MBA in HR is a plus

**Experience**:
Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for U.S. Healthcare roles such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Therapists, Care Managers, and Clinical Operations

**Shift Timing**:
6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (U.S. EST/CST overlap)

**Preferred Gender**:
Open to all

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding documentation
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with account managers
- Stay updated on U.S. healthcare trends and licensing practices

**Notice Period**:
Immediate to 15 days preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
