Speech Language Pathologist - School-Based Recruitment Specialist Location Remote India Employment Type Full-Time US ET timings Company Princeton Staffing Solutions About Us Princeton Staffing Solutions is a U S -based staffing firm specializing in placing qualified professionals in school-based settings across the United States We are dedicated to ensuring that students receive the best support by connecting schools with highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologists SLPs Occupational Therapists OTs and Physical Therapists PTs Role Overview We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist SLP based in India who is interested in transitioning into a recruitment role In this role you will focus exclusively on hiring U S -based school-focused Speech-Language Pathologists for placements across American schools Your clinical background will help build credibility and rapport with candidates while our U S team will support you with training and recruitment strategies Key Responsibilities Source and recruit U S -based SLPs for school placements Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications and suitability for school environments Maintain and expand a pipeline of school-based SLP candidates across the U S Collaborate with the U S recruitment team to meet school staffing targets Act as a subject-matter expert when communicating with U S candidates leveraging your SLP background Qualifications Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology recognized in India 2 years of clinical experience preferred school or pediatric experience a plus Strong communication skills with fluency in English Interest in transitioning into recruitment and non-clinical roles Ability to work overlapping hours with U S time zones Recruitment or mentorship experience is an advantage not mandatory What We Offer Competitive INR-based salary with performance incentives INR 50-55 000 month Depending on experience Remote work flexibility Full training in U S school-based recruitment processes Growth opportunities within an international recruitment firm Opportunity to use your SLP expertise in a new career path while making an impact in U S schools Job Posted by ApplicantPro
