**About the Role**:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic **Social Media Executive** to join our team. This role requires someone who understands how social media works and can manage brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

You will work closely with the content, design, and performance teams to strategize, create, publish, and analyze social media content for in-house brands and client accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Plan and publish engaging content (text, image, video) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Manage day-to-day posting and content calendar execution.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to create visually appealing and brand-consistent posts.
- Conduct competitor and trend research to discover creative content ideas and industry best practices.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community interaction.
- Track key metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
- Assist in executing paid social media campaigns with the performance marketing team.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and new tools.

**Required Skills**:

- Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Edits etc.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for design, content, and storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, IT or related field.
- Ability to shoot short-form content or reels.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite) is a bonus.
